Tyler Crouse, OD graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia in 2017 where he also completed a one year residency in primary care and ocular disease. He grew up in southeast Iowa where he graduated from Central University located in the town of Pella with a degree in biology.

Dr. Crouse moved to the Carlisle area in 2018 with his wife and together they have one child.
